GRE 110 static electric roller
Our GRE 110 is a static 12 ton three drum road roller with an electric engine. Our roller is built according to the “cradle to cradle principle”. This machine is able to perform 10 hours without recharging. By using this machine, our client contributes to the realisation of zero-emission road construction.
GRE 110 static three drum roller
The GRE 110 is a 12 ton static three wheel roller (HAMM HW90). Weight is its power: the compactor can be used to compress pavement and asphalt without vibration. This is especially useful during projects in densely populated areas. In The Netherlands the three drum rollers are still very popular (approx. 200 in use).
Cradle to cradle principle
This static three drum roller has been out of production for at least five years. Nevertheless, it is still a popular machine for road construction companies in the Netherlands. GRE collects the three drum roller from the client and disassembles the machine. We sandblast, coat and paint the roller. We reassemble the machine with reusable components, E-kit and battery pack. Finally, we paint the roller in the client’s brand colours. The original diesel powered engine is replaced by an electric engine. A fully charged battery can be used at least ten operating hours. This zero-emission machine is build according to the cradle to cradle principle. Using one of our GRE machines is a step towards a circular economy!

“The nitrogen and carbon dioxide emissions in (road) construction and our environment requires innovative solutions. We need zero emission road equipment to avert more delays and cancellation of road construction projects. Road maintenance in cities and vulnerable environments require the use of zero-emission road equipment.”
