GRE electric asphalt pavers 

Our asphalt pavers GRE A129 and GRE A300 are our asphalt pavers with an electric engine. The GRE developers and engineers are currently working on the first GRE asphalt pavers. The projected realization date is mid 2023. These pavers are built according to the “cradle to cradle principle”. By using this machine, our client contributes to the realization of zero-emission road construction.

GRE asphalt pavers

Our GRE A120 and A300 asphalt pavers are two fully electric asphalt pavers (V800 – 3i and V1800 – 3i). The GRE A120 and GRE A300 have a 1.70 – 3.40m/2.50 – 5.00m screed board respectively. The production of our GRE A120 and GRE A300 is in progress. The projected realization date is mid 2023 

Cradle to cradle principle 

GRE collects the asphalt pavers from the client and disassembles the machine. We sandblast, coat and paint the roller. We reassemble the machine with reusable components, E-kit and battery pack. Finally, we paint the roller in the client’s brand colours. The original diesel powered engine is replaced by an electric engine. A fully charged battery can be used at least ten operating hours. This zero-emission machine is built according to the cradle to cradle principle. Using one of our GRE machines is a step towards a circular economy!

24/7 Service

At our innovative workplace in Mook we provide technical maintenance en service on all our GRE machines. Our mechanics are qualified professionals and have successfully completed a high-voltage safety training (NEN – 9140: 2019). We are able to offer 24/7 support and technical assistance to our clients. 

The nitrogen and carbon dioxide emissions in (road) construction and our environment requires innovative solutions. We need zero emission road equipment to avert more delays and cancellation of road construction projects. Road maintenance in cities and vulnerable environments require the use of zero-emission road equipment.
